History, Origins and Future
The Kulturschuppen, which served the Cultural Society admirably as a multi-purpose event venue from 2001 to 2026, is to make way for a residential development from 2026 onwards, to be carried out by RhB in collaboration with the municipality of Klosters.
To replace the Kulturschuppen, the old primary school building, converted into the KULTURHUUS, will open in June 2026. The relevant proposal was approved by the voters of Klosters on 22 September 2024 with 75 per cent voting in favour!
